• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager / Operations Manager / Business Management

• Knowledgeable about marketing and social media trends

• Residing in Metro Manila

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the business goals

• Analyze current workflows and processes within the company, identifying opportunities for improvement

• Oversee and assist in all aspects of business operations to ensure efficient workflows

• Coordinate with account managers to address any risks, delays, or bottlenecks in project execution

• Act as the central point of contact for resolving operational issues and managing inter-departmental dependencies

• Hybrid (WFH with 2 to 3x a week face to face meetings)
